We use USPS priority shipping. You should receive your order within 2-5 Business Days .

Please be advised that some orders will be shipped immediately after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

My Orders FAQ

Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped and you must contact us to cancel your order.

Please double check that your full name, billing address and phone number is associated with the credit card you’re trying to use. Also check that the credit card number and expiration date on your card matches what is entered.

Sometimes your financial institution may place a temporary security hold on your card to ensure it is really you trying to make the purchase. This is especially common if you don’t order online very often, if you’ve placed several online orders in a short amount of time, or if your card is very new. We recommend calling your bank to let them know you’re trying to place an order so they can confirm your identity and clear your card for use again. In any case, since these error messages tend to come from your bank’s servers and not from our site, we recommend calling your bank first for further information if you have received an authorization error.

Returns and Refunds FAQs

We believe in our products so much that we offer a 14 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you’re unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we’ll refund your money immediately. Please contact us immediately by email or send us a message on LIVE CHAT before you start the return process so we can help!

If you have any problem after receiving the order, you can contact us by Email ( ) and provide us some photos or videos as evidence. We will do our best to help you solve the problem, you can rest assure.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

To return your order, follow these simple steps (If within 30 days):

  1. Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
  2. If a product is DOA (damaged on arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact us as soon as possible.
  3. Proceed and send the items to the address that we send to you. Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received.
  4. Processing time after your return arrives is approximately 10 days. We will refund/replace when we receive the package.
